Camel BBQ. We bought 6 kgs of local camel meat. Since we found no camel recipes online, we experimented and made our own. With the 6 kgs, we made 3 main dishes: camel casserole, camel samosa and camel BBQ. Not only did our friends try to camel meat; they even seemed to enjoy it!

A baby camel can cost about $300, and a female camel will be $500-600 because they produce meat and milk. Other camel prices include a racing a camel or male camel.
My friend lived in Ethiopia and loves camel meat. I am curious about Camel meat because it is my Somali friend Seynab's favorite meat and I promised her that I would eat it here in Africa. Together we ordered 6 kgs from a local butcher.
